The posting

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with a strong background in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and e-commerce solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA specialists to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of new features and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and support business process modelling using BPMN.
  • Conduct detailed system analysis, including As-Is and To-Be assessments, Fit/Gap analysis, and mapping business requirements to existing system capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications and actionable user stories.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, ERDs, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other technical artefacts.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery, from requirements gathering and analysis through development, testing, and implementation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for developers, team leads, business stakeholders, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support backlog refinement, requirements clarification, and solution validation.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, technical architecture, and e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementations or development projects.
  • Previous experience working as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C e-commerce processes and platforms.
  • Good knowledge of the SAP Commerce Cloud application lifecycle and its core capabilities.
  • Proven experience in gathering and analysing requirements, creating user stories, and supporting end-to-end feature delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of business and system modelling techniques, including UML and BPMN.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation such as ERDs, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with modelling and documentation tools such as Visio, draw.io, or similar.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, InVision, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and backlog management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good written and spoken English, including technical documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

What We're Looking For

An analytical and proactive professional who combines strong SAP Commerce Cloud knowledge with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into practical technical solutions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ownership of requirements and feature delivery, working across multiple teams, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
