Darüber hinaus bilden wir Einzelpersonen und pädagogische Fachkräfte zu Erlebnispädagog*innen aus und führen regelmäßig Fortbildungen und Workshops zu sozialem Lernen und erlebnispädagogischen Methoden durch. Wir suchen freie Haupttrainer*innen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams für unsere erlebnispädagogischen Klassenfahrten „Kappeln in Action“:

  • 04.10. bis 07.10.2026 – Haupttrainer*in mit Führerschein, Mindestalter 21 Jahre
  • 11.10. bis 14.10.2026 – Haupttrainer*in

Als Anbieter für bundesweite erlebnispädagogische Programme bieten wir Klassenfahrten für Kinder und Jugendliche zwischen 7 und 17 Jahren. Dich erwartet ein abwechslungsreicher und vielfältiger Einsatz bei einem modernen Arbeitgeber.

Daily Business

  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der erlebnispädagogischen Klassenfahrten „Kappeln in Action“
  • Anleitung und Begleitung der Teilnehmenden während des Programms
  • Anleitung und Durchführung von Reflexionen
  • Ansprechpartnerin und Kontaktperson für Lehrerinnen, die Jugendherberge und die Firmenleitung
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung der Co-Trainer*innen
  • Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen und erlebnispädagogischen Programms
  • Bundesweiter Einsatz

Deine Skills

  • Vorerfahrungen in der pädagogischen Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Qualifikation bzw. Erfahrung im erlebnispädagogischen Bereich
  • Outdooraffinität
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Mindestalter: 18 Jahre
  • Für den Einsatz vom 04.10. bis 07.10.2026: Führerschein und Mindestalter von 21 Jahren erforderlich
  • Nice to have: Kletterschein oder vergleichbare Fortbildungen
