Daily Business

Für unseren Schwerpunktbereich der Klassenfahrten und Ferienfreizeiten für Kinder und Jugendliche suchen wir dich als Praktikant*in zur Unterstützung unseres Teams.

Du benötigst eine Praxistelle und suchst ein gelenktes Jahrespraktikum zum Erwerb der Fachhochschulreife, bei dem du in die Welt der Erlebnispädagogik eintauchen kannst?

  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung erlebnispädagogischer Klassenfahrten – deutschlandweit, unsere Verwaltung liegt in Köln und Freiburg
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Programmen mit Kindern und Jugendlichen wie kreative Ferienfreizeiten
  • Spannende Einblicke in erlebnispädagogische Teamtrainings, Klassenfahrten, kreative Ferienfreizeiten und Projekttage
  • Teilnahme an internen Ausbildungen, Workshops und Schulungen
  • Lernen durch Praxis – Verantwortung übernehmen und Erfahrungen sammeln

Deine Skills

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und im Team
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Flexibilität, Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Outdooraffinität und Lust auf Bewegung
  • Ggf. bereits Kenntnisse in der Erlebnispädagogik
  • Nice to have: Führerschein
