Die teamZUKUNFT gGmbH ist ein anerkannter Träger der freien Jugendhilfe gemäß § 75 SGB VIII und unterstützt seit vielen Jahren Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen. Mit einem vielfältigen Angebot an stationären und ambulanten Hilfen zur Erziehung, Reitpädagogik und Reittherapie sowie gezielten Time-Out-Maßnahmen reagieren wir individuell auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Klient*innen. Ergänzt wird unser Portfolio durch erlebnispädagogische Programme für Kinder und Jugendliche, wie z. B. Klassenfahrten, Tagesprogramme für Schulen und betreute Ferienfreizeiten. Wir arbeiten flexibel, bedarfsgerecht und stets mit dem Ziel, junge Menschen zu stärken und ihre Entwicklung positiv zu begleiten.

Wir suchen Mitarbeiter*innen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfe an unserem Standort in Wermelskirchen.

Als freier Träger der Jugendhilfe betreiben wir eine stationäre Wohngruppe in Wermelskirchen. Unser Ziel ist es Kindern und Jugendlichen Unterstützung und individuelle Betreuung in schwierigen Lebenssituationen zu bieten. Es erwartet dich ein abwechslungsreicher und vielfältiger Arbeitsplatz bei einem modernen Arbeitgeber.

Daily Business

  • Individuelle 1:1-Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen auch als Inobhutnahmen
  • Aktive Begleitung und Unterstützung im Alltag, um Entwicklungspotenziale zu fördern
  • Defizitausgleich der Klient*innen durch gezielte pädagogische Maßnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Klient*innen und anderen involvierten Fachkräften
  • Erstellung von individuellen Förderplänen und Dokumentation der Fortschritte
  • Möglichkeit zur Tiergestützten Pädagogik

Deine Skills

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kinderpfleger/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen wünschenswert
  • Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung, durch die Qualifizierungsmaßnahme, damit die Anerkennung als Fachkraft in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe wirksam wird.
