Sie steht für erlebnisorientierte Bildungsangebote, Teamtrainings und abwechslungsreiche Programme für Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene. Damit unsere Angebote von der ersten Anfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Buchung reibungslos organisiert werden, suchen wir eine zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Team in der Verwaltung und im Buchungsmanagement unterstützt.

Daily Business

  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Koordination eingehender Kundenanfragen
  • Beratung von Kund*innen zu unseren Angeboten und Programmen
  • Erstellung, Versand und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Organisation und Verwaltung von Buchungen, Verträgen und Teilnehmerdaten
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kund*innen und Kooperationspartnern
  • Koordination von Terminen sowie Überwachung von Fristen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Buchungs- und Kundendaten
  • Abstimmung mit Jugendherbergen, Kooperationspartnern und dem teamEXPERTE-Team
  • Organisatorische Unterstützung bei Klassenfahrten, Ferienfreizeiten, Akademieangeboten und Teamtrainings
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Verwaltungsabläufe

Deine Skills

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Büromanagement, im kaufmännischen Bereich, im Veranstaltungs-, Tourismus- oder Hotelbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Verwaltung, Kundenbetreuung oder Buchungsorganisation ist von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliche, verbindliche und serviceorientierte Kommunikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und Interesse an Verwaltungs- und Buchungssystemen
  • Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Daten, Dokumenten und Terminen
