Ob Klassenfahrten, Tagesprogramme, Ferienfreizeiten oder Teamtrainings – bei uns stehen gemeinschaftliches Lernen, persönliche Entwicklung und gelebte Verantwortung im Mittelpunkt. Neben Angeboten für Kinder und Jugendliche gestalten wir auch Trainings für Firmen sowie Fortbildungen für pädagogische Fachkräfte. Du möchtest praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Organisation, Verwaltung und Gästebetreuung sammeln, Verantwortung übernehmen und hinter die Kulissen einer modernen Jugendherberge blicken? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Daily Business

  • Unterstützung der Hausleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Mitwirkung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Buchungs- und Belegungsanfragen
  • Kommunikation mit Gästen, Schulen, Partner*innen und Dienstleistern
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung von Feriencamps, Klassenfahrten und dem Gästebetrieb
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Haus
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung der verschiedenen Bereiche wie Service, Küche und Housekeeping
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sauberkeits- und Hygienestandards
  • Freundlicher Empfang unserer Gäste und Ansprechpartner*in für ihre Anliegen
  • Allgemeine organisatorische Tätigkeiten sowie Materialverwaltung

Deine Skills

  • Interesse an Organisation, Verwaltung und Herbergsmanagement
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Freude am Umgang mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und Gruppen
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office bzw. Google Workspace
