MISSÃO:

Realizar compras de materiais e serviços através de pesquisas de mercado e cotações a fim de obter melhores condições de preços e prazos visando a redução de custos e o abastecimento adequado da empresa.

ATIVIDADES:

Realizar cotações e comparativos de preços de produtos e serviços com fornecedores diversos

Apoiar nas negociações com fornecedores, sob orientação, visando melhores condições de pagamento, prazos e qualidade

Emitir pedidos de compras no sistema, garantindo a correta formalização das aquisições.

Acompanhar entregas de materiais e execução de serviços, cobrando fornecedores quando necessário.

Monitorar e atualizar cadastros de fornecedores.

Apoiar a gestão de contratos de fornecimento e prestação de serviços de menor complexidade.

Colaborar com as áreas solicitantes para garantir que as demandas estejam alinhadas às políticas de compras.

Participar de reuniões internas para alinhamento de prazos, orçamentos e especificações técnicas.

Auxiliar na análise de performance de fornecedores por meio de indicadores simples (prazo, custo, conformidade).

Identificar oportunidades de melhorias nos processos de compras, sugerindo ajustes ou alternativas viáveis.

Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e controles de área.

Zelar pelo cumprimento de código de conduto ética, normas técnicas, administrativas, socioambientais e de segurança.

Observar a responsabilidade pessoal atendendo sempre as necessidades de saúde, segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade.

FORMAÇÃO MÍNIMA: Ensino médio completo

FORMAÇÃO DESEJÁVEL: Ensino superior em andamento/ completo

CONHECIMENTOS: Habilidade de negociação/ Excel Intermediário/ Sistema Totvs - Será um diferencial.
