Sua missão:

Capacitar, orientar e desenvolver os motoristas da empresa, promovendo a condução segura, econômica e eficiente dos veículos, o cumprimento da legislação de trânsito e dos procedimentos internos, contribuindo para a redução de acidentes, avarias e custos operacionais, além da melhoria contínua da performance da operação de transporte.

Atividades principais:

1. Treinamento e capacitação • Formação de novos motoristas nas operações específicas de contêineres, baús, sideres e grades baixa; • Reciclagem periódica da equipe em normas de segurança e legislação (CNH categoria E, MOPP, ADR quando aplicável); • Capacitação em direção defensiva, econômica e preventiva; 2. Acompanhamento em campo • Acompanhamento de motoristas em rota, avaliando desempenho real na operação; • Correção de hábitos inadequados (frenagem, troca de marchas, uso de freio-motor, posicionamento em manobras); • Avaliação de manobras críticas: baldeação, doca, terminal portuário e retroárea; 3. Segurança e conformidade • Garantia do cumprimento de normas internas e regulamentações (Lei 13.103, jornada, descanso, tacógrafo); • Treinamento em amarração e fixação de carga; • Prevenção de acidentes e análise de ocorrências 4. Avaliação e documentação • Avaliação prática e teórica de motoristas (checklists, testes de habilidade) • Registro e controle de treinamentos realizados, certificações e validade de cursos • Relatórios de desempenho individual para a gestão de frota 5. Suporte técnico-operacional • Orientação sobre operação dos equipamentos (cavalos mecânicos, chassis, sistemas de freio e suspensão) • Auxílio na padronização de procedimentos operacionais • Apoio na integração de novos motoristas à cultura e aos processos da empresa • Zelar pelo cumprimento do Código de Conduta Ética, das normas técnicas, administrativas, socioambiental e de segurança; • Observar a responsabilidade pessoal atendendo sempre as necessidades de saúde, segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade.
