Missão:

Garantir o suporte operacional eficiente e ágil para atender às demandas da área, assegurando o cumprimento do planejamento e a satisfação do cliente.

Atividades:

Prestar atendimento e suporte aos clientes internos e externos da empresa;

Desdobrar às necessidades dos clientes para sua execução diaria e alinhamento com operador terceiro, analisando a viabilidade de realização das atividades do dia a dia e programações futuras

Planejar a execução da grade diária de recebimentos e internalizações de importação e definir programação dos atendimentos necessários com cada canal da empresa.

Receber e encaminhar grade de programação para operador logistico, assim como manter atualizado todas as demandas relacionadas a entradas e recebimento de CNTRs no CD

Realizar o follow up do andamento das operações programadas e informar ao clientes internos sobre os status operacionais

Agendar as programações junto ao time de importação de acordo com as grades/capacidades operacionais

Finalizar os romaneios de entrada via sistema dentro dos prazos pré-estabelecidos

Efetuar as entradas das mercadorias em sistema e atualizar banco de dados de consulta e monitoramento das programações

Elaborar relatórios de acomapnhamento das operações e atualizar base existente

Realizar agendamento de chegada aos containers através do registro da programação em sistema

Elaborar,atualizar, acompanhar e controlar os KPI’s

Elaborador, preencher e controlar os indicadores de SLA's operacionais, identificando pontos fora da curva, paretos e planos ação

Criar instruções operacionais de acordo com a necesdidade de cada atividade/operação

Gerar saldo de entrada no SAP, bem como elaborar o mapa de acompanhamento das entradas de mercadorias em sistema

Verificar possíveis divergências das entradas e tratar de forma imediata a entrada para finalização e posterior rastreabilidade do processo.

Planejamento da operação de acordo com a capacidade estabelecida e alinhada com operador logistico;

Identificar e propor melhorias nos processos, visando aumentar o nível de entrega dos serviços bem como atender as necessidades dos clientes internos e externos;

Acompanhamento e faturamento de demandas e-commerce e home appliances.

Zelar pelo cumprimento do Código de Conduta Ética, das normas técnicas, administrativas, socioambiental e de segurança;
