The posting

• Realizar o atendimento aos clientes através de telefone, e-mail e outros meios de comunicação; • Informar o cliente sobre o andamento das suas operações; • Emitir CTE; • Elaborar, treinar e acompanhar procedimentos de carga e descarga de mercadorias; • Controlar retiradas e entregas nos portos; • Contratar veículos para realização do transporte de cargas. • Emitir documentação (Notas Fiscais e demais documentos exigidos para transporte) aos motoristas; • Emitir ordens de pagamentos dos fretes; • Acompanhar rastreamento de carga e monitorar chegada de veículo no destino final. • Controlar documentações de transferências e agenda de retiradas e envios de cargas/containers; • Organizar e monitorar as coletas e entregas dos containers vazios e cheios nos terminais e Portos; • Controlar os recebimentos de RIC's (Intercâmbio de recebimento de container); • Preencher a planilha de controle de coletas/entregas realizadas aos clientes; • Elaborar e acompanhar os KPI´s da área; • Monitorar as SLA´s a fim de garantir o cumprimento das metas; • Acompanhar a área comercial em visitas específicas a clientes com o objetivo de apoiar nos esclarecimentos técnicos da área; • Elaborar plano de ação e tratativas de RNC´s (não conformidades) com o objetivo de solucionar a não conformidade e eliminar a reincidência; • Solucionar divergências junto a área de faturamento no que tange a dúvidas dos clientes quanto ao valor faturado; • Identificar e propor melhorias nos processos, visando aumentar o nível de entrega dos serviços bem como atender as necessidades dos clientes; • Zelar pelo cumprimento do Código de Conduta Ética, das normas técnicas, administrativas, socioambiental e de segurança; • Observar a responsabilidade pessoal atendendo sempre as necessidades de saúde, segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade.
