Missão:

Garantir o suporte operacional eficiente e ágil para atender às demandas da área, assegurando o cumprimento do planejamento e a satisfação do cliente.

Atividades:

Oferecer suporte contínuo aos analistas no atendimento e resolução das demandas dos clientes. Receber e validar os pedidos de serviço e os documentos obrigatórios para cadastro (atividade a ser especificada pelo Gestor). Realizar o cadastro de pedidos de vendas conforme a programação de carregamento. Solicitar o agendamento das operações conforme as necessidades dos clientes. Conferir as notas fiscais de armazenagem e registrá-las no sistema. Monitorar e verificar no sistema a entrada e saída de containers. Validar no sistema se os pedidos atendem aos parâmetros de Situação Tributária e Tipo de Saída. Apoiar a geração de carga no WMS, elaborar o mapa de separação para cada carregamento e encaminhá-lo ao líder do armazém. Executar planos operacionais e funcionais, alinhados às metas e diretrizes estabelecidas. Organizar e arquivar documentos do setor conforme os critérios definidos de guarda e armazenamento (ex.: romaneios). Gerar romaneios de serviços e encaminhá-los para execução dos carregamentos. Acompanhar e verificar o registro físico das atividades realizadas por empresas terceirizadas, atualizando as informações na base de controle. Identificar e sugerir melhorias nos processos, visando a otimização dos serviços e a melhor satisfação dos clientes. Garantir o cumprimento do Código de Conduta Ética e das normas técnicas, administrativas, socioambientais e de segurança.
