Cuenta con una experiencia de más de 25 años en la comercialización de fruta Premium, contando con 100 variedades de frutas y verduras procedentes de más de 35 países y cuya actividad se encuentra en constante crecimiento.

Su plantilla actual la integran aproximadamente 2.800 trabajadores, entre oficinas centrales y los distintos centros de producción repartidos en tres continentes.

Después de un continuado y sostenido crecimiento experimentado durante los últimos años, la empresa ha consolidado su posición dentro de los mercados en los que opera.

Consciente de la extrema complejidad de los mercados, pretende ser cada vez más competitiva a través de la mejora y la profesionalización tanto de su estructura organizativa como de las personas que forman su joven plantilla.

Tras un proceso estratégico de cambio, se ha realizado un plan de futuro que afronta el porvenir con renovada ilusión, apostando por una expansión del negocio que mejore su posición en el sector, para lo cual necesita la incorporación del Ingeniero de costes/rendimientos.

Descripción y Funciones:

Buscamos un Ingeniero de costes/rendimientos explotación Agrícola responsable, con orientación comercial, que respaldado por las herramientas adecuadas, así como con la garantía y calidad de nuestros productos trabaje por objetivos de crecimiento, liderazgo de mercado y capacidad de trabajo.

El puesto estaría ubicado en Caspe (Zaragoza), integrándose en el equipo allí existente, y para realizar las siguientes labores:

Soporte técnico de la operativa de la fincas: Producción, tratamientos, cosecha y postcosecha. Así́ como diseñar el plan de mantenimiento de la maquinaria agrícola y de las instalaciones de la explotación.

Análisis de productividad y costes de las fincas: De toda la información relativa a aplicaciones, tratamientos, intervención en campo, información relativa a costes, rendimientos y productividades.

Gestión de PRL y Calidad: Coordinar la seguridad e higiene en el trabajo y todos los protocolos de prevención de riesgos laborales, procesos a nivel de seguridad alimentaria, requisitos de producto y seguimiento de las certificaciones.

Gestión documental de las fincas: Partes de trabajo, facturas, asesorías, etc.). Motivar la participación en el sistema de sugerencias.

Requisitos:

§ Formación: Base técnica Grado, Ingeniería Agrónomo, o similar. § Idiomas: Aconsejable inglés medio. § Experiencia en puesto similar.
