Cuenta con una experiencia de más de 25 años en la comercialización de fruta Premium, contando con 100 variedades de frutas y verduras procedentes de más de 35 países y cuya actividad se encuentra en constante crecimiento.

Su plantilla actual la integran aproximadamente 2.800 trabajadores, entre oficinas centrales y los distintos centros de producción repartidos en tres continentes.

Después de un continuado y sostenido crecimiento experimentado durante los últimos años, la empresa ha consolidado su posición dentro de los mercados en los que opera.

Consciente de la extrema complejidad de los mercados, pretende ser cada vez más competitiva a través de la mejora y la profesionalización tanto de su estructura organizativa como de las personas que forman su joven plantilla.

Tras un proceso estratégico de cambio, se ha realizado un plan de futuro que afronta el porvenir con renovada ilusión, apostando por una expansión del negocio que mejore su posición en el sector, para lo cual necesita la incorporación del Responsable de Producción en Fraga.

Descripción y Funciones:

Buscamos un Responsable de Producción en Fraga responsable, cuya misión es Gestión de los procesos de selección y envasado de al fruta. Formación del personal de las líneas de selección y envasado de fruta y con carácter general, cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por el sistema de calidad de al empresa en el ámbito de las actividades de las que es responsable. principalmente, liderazgo de mercado y capacidad de trabajo.

El puesto estaría ubicado en Fraga, integrándose en el equipo allí existente, y para realizar las siguientes labores:

  • Coordinar la confección, en tiempo y forma, de los pedidos solicitados por el Responsable Comercial. Garantizar la conformidad del suministro: pesos, formatos, calidad de la fruta, identidad de producto, presentaciones, y etiquetado.
  • Establecer las metodologías de trabajo y gestionar al productividad de los procesos
  • Preparar, con el resto del equipo, el programa de fabricación semanal y luego verificar su cumplimiento tomando decisiones si por algún motivo hay que cambiarlo. Previo consenso con el Gerente
  • Control de turnos de personal y optimizar la capacidad productiva: cambios, faltas al trabajo, accidentes, etc. Comprobar que cada uno está cumpliendo con sus obligaciones en el puesto de trabajo que ocupe.
  • RRHH Analizar necesidades nuevos perfiles.
  • Trato con clientes y proveedores (cuando se trata de nuevos productos).
  • Garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las líneas de selección y envasado, instalaciones y equipos de la sala de confección. Llevar a cabo los planes de mantenimiento, de limpieza y desinfección de dichas instalaciones y equipos, así como de las instalaciones para el personal: comedor, vestuarios y aseos.
  • Requisitos:
  • Idiomas: Aconsejable Inglés
  • Experiencia en puesto similar.
