The posting

We are looking for a Quality Analyst who is result-oriented, believes in leading from the front, and is always willing to go the extra mile. The role requires a talented, self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and the following skills-

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for web, mobile, and API-based applications. Create and maintain test scripts using Apache JMeter and Micro Focus LoadRunner. Analyse application performance metrics and identify bottlenecks across application, database, network, and infrastructure layers. Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Product Teams to resolve performance issues. Monitor system behaviour using performance monitoring tools and provide detailed analysis reports. Work with APIs, microservices, cloud-based applications, and distributed systems. Prepare performance test plans, workload models, and test strategies based on business requirements. Present performance findings, risk assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders. Participate in CI/CD integration of performance testing activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Performance Testing. Hands-on expertise with Apache JMeter and LoadRunner.

Strong understanding

  • JMeter Load Testing REST APIs Web Applications Mobile Applications

Knowledge of monitoring tools such as:

  • Dynatrace AppDynamics Grafana Kibana New Relic

Strong SQL skills and experience analysing database performance.

Understanding of client-server architecture, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

Ability to identify memory leaks, response-time issues, concurrency problems, and system bottlenecks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in performance testing for high-traffic consumer applications. Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to cloud performance testing and monitoring. Relevant certifications in Performance Testing, JMeter, or LoadRunner are a plus.
