The posting

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to join one of our clients' teams. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in an innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and research related to software piracy and licence misuse.

• Analyse data, prepare case reports, and engage with companies to reach commercial resolutions.

• Work with legal partners, ensuring strong communication and effective collaboration with external law firms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services.

• Manage a case pipeline and ensure the successful closure of cases.

• Maintain accurate records and case documentation in internal systems.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in license compliance, anti-piracy, or related fields within the software industry; experience in CAD-CAM is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in negotiation, sales, business development, or data analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and effectively with peers and senior leadership.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and ethical business practices.

• Skilled in objection handling and problem-solving in high-stakes or sensitive situations.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Demonstrated business ownership mindset, with the ability to monitor revenue streams and prioritize tasks for maximum impact.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously track and document case progress, correspondence, and outcomes.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing high volumes of data and documentation across multiple cases and systems.

• Proficient in data management, including the use of CRM platforms, Excel spreadsheets, or case management tools.

• Clear and concise written communication skills for documenting key actions, findings, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.

Willingness to travel occasionally for training or key project meetings.

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of Compliance Software: Familiarity with Revenera Compliance Intelligence or Cylynt Compliance Intelligence.

• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
