Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho para atuar em uma importante operação industrial localizada em Ituverava/SP.

Buscamos um profissional que combine sólida capacidade técnica com maturidade profissional, postura consultiva e excelente habilidade de relacionamento. Mais do que executar processos, esperamos alguém que seja parceiro da liderança e da operação, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança da empresa.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atuar como parceiro das áreas operacionais e da liderança em temas relacionados à Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Identificar riscos e propor ações preventivas para garantir um ambiente de trabalho seguro.
  • Realizar inspeções, auditorias e acompanhamentos em campo.
  • Conduzir investigações e análises de acidentes e incidentes.
  • Elaborar e acompanhar planos de ação voltados à prevenção de acidentes.
  • Atuar na gestão e acompanhamento de programas de Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Promover treinamentos, orientações e conscientização dos colaboradores.
  • Participar das atividades relacionadas à brigada de emergência e demais iniciativas de prevenção.
  • Apoiar tecnicamente as áreas da empresa, contribuindo para a tomada de decisão e melhoria contínua dos processos de segurança.
  • Formação completa em Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Experiência anterior em ambiente industrial.
  • Vivência em empresas com cultura de segurança consolidada.

Conhecimento e experiência prática em:

  • APR (Análise Preliminar de Risco);
  • PPR (Programa de Proteção Respiratória);
  • IPT (Inspeção de Proteção do Trabalho);
  • Investigação e análise de acidentes de trabalho;
  • Atuação com brigada de emergência.

Disponibilidade para atuar em eventuais mudanças de turno e trabalho aos finais de semana, quando necessário.
