Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

  • Identificar e converter oportunidades em grandes contas corporativas (Key Accounts);
  • Atuar estrategicamente no setor de locação de veículos (RAC e Gestão de Frotas), compreendendo as necessidades de grandes players nacionais e internacionais;
  • Utilizar conhecimento de mercado para destacar os diferenciais da empresa frente a concorrentes e outros players do setor;
  • Gerir ciclos de vendas longos e técnicos, envolvendo múltiplos stakeholders e decisões baseadas em ROI e eficiência operacional;
  • Manter o CRM atualizado e reportar previsões de fechamento (forecast) para a diretoria comercial.
  • Experiência em vendas consultivas no setor de tecnologia, rastreamento ou seguros para frotas de veículos leves.
  • Possuir relacionamento prévio com tomadores de decisão em locadoras de veículos e grandes frotistas será considerado um diferencial crucial.
  • Alta capacidade de persuasão, foco em metas agressivas e visão estratégica de negócio.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas presenciais a clientes.
