TechSeed är ett medarbetarägt konsultbolag på en kraftig tillväxtresa och söker nu en automationsingenjör som även kommer få en stor grad av inflytande och insyn i hur vi växer framåt. Vi bygger med ambitionen att ta ett helhetsgrepp om uppkopplade ekosystem och lösningar. Vi söker dig som trivs i konsultrollen och samtidigt vill bidra till att skapa vägen framåt för TechSeed – Tillsammans.

Som konsult hos oss arbetar du i nära samarbete med våra kunder och dina kollegor. Vi samarbetar för att hitta uppdrag som matchar din kompetens och den riktning du vill utvecklas i. Riktningen här är uppkopplad industri och fastighet, där klassiska styrsystem möter nätverk, dataflöden och molnplattformar. Du blir den som håller ihop OT-sidan när de två världarna ska mötas genom våra automationsplattformar. Som konsult är du TechSeed hos kunden: du äger ditt uppdrag, ser vad som borde göras härnäst och bygger relationer som håller över tid — med driftpersonal, beställare och kundens IT-sida.

Du kommer att tillhöra enheten Edge & IoT, där vi arbetar med hela kedjan från vision till leverans av uppkopplade system, Industri 4.0 och modern automation. Vi är en nyckelpartner i våra kunders transformationsresa och kombinerar kompetens inom utveckling, arkitektur, integration och affärsrådgivning. I våra leveranser utforskar och använder vi även framtidens tekniker, där AI och AI-assisted engineering blir en allt viktigare del – både för att effektivisera utveckling och skapa smartare, mer autonoma system.

Vem söker vi?

Du är nyfiken på ny teknik, trivs i roller där du utvecklas och i en kultur där vi hjälps åt och bygger bolaget tillsammans.

För att trivas i rollen behöver du:

  • Minst 5 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet som exempelvis utvecklare, automationsingenjör eller annan OT-nära roll
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av PLC-programmering samt styr- och reglerteknik
  • Erfarenhet av industriella kommunikationsprotokoll och SCADA/HMI
  • God förståelse för vad som skiljer en OT-miljö från IT – drifttider, säkerhetstänk och konsekvenserna när något står still
  • Vilja att bredda dig mot moderna plattformar för automation inom exempelvis industriell produktion och fastighetsbranchen
  • Obehindrad svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Arbetat med fastighetsautomation, exempelvis BACnet eller KNX
  • Erfarenhet av Siemens TIA Portal eller motsvarande utvecklingsmiljö
  • Erfarenhet av OPC UA
  • Arbetat med säkerhet i OT-miljö
  • Tidigare konsulterfarenhet eller erfarenhet från ett start-/scale-up
