Techster Solutions söker nu för kunds räkning en erfaren Verksamhetsutvecklare inom IT med stark kompetens inom PM3 och förvaltningsstyrning. Kunden är en samhällsviktig statlig myndighet med ansvar för Sveriges elöverföringssystem och energinät.

Om uppdraget

Som Delansvarig IT Förvaltningsmodell kommer du att ingå i enheten för IT Leveransstyrning. Enhetens uppdrag är att förvalta och vidareutveckla IT-divisionens operativa modell baserad på PM3, i syfte att skapa mervärde som utgår från verksamhetens strategier och mål.

I rollen samverkar du med kollegor på enheten för att säkerställa att förvaltningsstyrningsmodellen är ändamålsenlig och att förvaltningsorganisationen får rätt stöd. Eftersom förvaltningsstyrningen har starka beroenden till portfölj-, projekt- och produktionsmodeller arbetar du i nära dialog med hela organisationen.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

  • Driva och facilitera forum inom IT-styrning (t.ex. operativ IT-ledningsgrupp och förvaltningsledarforum).
  • Bereda placeringsbeslut tillsammans med projekt och förvaltning, hålla förvaltningsobjektarkitekturen (FOA) aktuell samt ta fram beslutsunderlag vid förändringar.
  • Introducera, utbilda och stötta objektägare och förvaltningsledare inom både IT och verksamheten.
  • Driva kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete och effektivisering av förvaltningsstyrningsmodellen.
  • Stötta IT-ledningen i diverse förvaltningsstyrningsfrågor, däribland ekonomisk uppföljning.

Kvalifikationskrav (Obligatoriska)

För att vara aktuell för uppdraget behöver du uppfylla följande krav (Kompetensnivå 3, 5–9 års erfarenhet):

  • Utbildning: Högskole- eller universitetsutbildning (minst 120/180 hp).
  • PM3: Minst 3 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom PM3 förvaltningsstyrning.
  • Införande & Styrformer: Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att driva införande av IT-processer och styrformer för förvaltning (t.ex. PM3 eller ITSM).
  • Beslutsunderlag: Påvisad erfarenhet av att ta fram dokumentation och beslutsunderlag kopplat till förvaltningsstyrning.
  • Facilitering: Erfarenhet av att facilitera och leda forum inom IT-styrning (t.ex. operativa ledningsgrupper eller förvaltningsledarforum).
  • Språk: Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

Meriterande erfarenheter (Mervärdeskrav)

Vi ser det som starkt meriterande om du har:

  • Erfarenhet från arbete i både offentlig och privat verksamhet.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete i stora organisationer (minst 500 anställda).
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att hålla i utbildningar (lärarledda kurser eller interna utbildningsinsatser).
  • Minst 2 års erfarenhet i leveransroller såsom Service Manager, Application Manager, Utvecklingsledare eller motsvarande.
  • Praktisk erfarenhet av förbättringsarbete kopplat till styrmodeller inom IT.

Personliga egenskaper

Vi söker dig som är utåtriktad, tydlig i din kommunikation och har lätt för att skapa förtroende i organisationen. Du har stark initiativförmåga, arbetar målinriktat och trivs lika bra med självständigt arbete som i grupp. Rollen ställer även krav på god struktur och fallenhet för administrativa uppgifter.

Säkerhetsprövning

Då kunden bedriver säkerhetskänslig verksamhet krävs godkänd säkerhetsprövning och registerkontroll innan uppdragsstart. Processen beräknas ta cirka 8–10 veckor.
