Buscamos un Ingeniero de Implementación y Observabilidad con experiencia práctica en DataDog, apasionado por la tecnología y con habilidades para traducir necesidades técnicas en soluciones medibles y efectivas. El candidato ideal podrá diseñar, implementar y optimizar soluciones de monitoreo, además de liderar demos técnicas y acompañar a clientes en el proceso de adopción de la plataforma. ⸻ Responsabilidades principales • Implementar y configurar soluciones de observabilidad y monitoreo usando DataDog (Infraestructura, APM, Logs, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, etc.). • Diseñar tableros, alertas y KPIs alineados a objetivos de negocio y SLOs. • Realizar demos técnicas y presentaciones de valor para clientes o equipos internos. • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, DevOps y seguridad para asegurar una visibilidad integral del entorno. • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la instrumentación, trazabilidad y rendimiento de las aplicaciones. • Acompañar POCs (Proof of Concepts) y documentar configuraciones y mejores prácticas. • Monitorear entornos productivos, analizar incidentes y proponer acciones preventivas. ⸻ Requisitos técnicos • Experiencia práctica con DataDog (implementación, dashboards, alertas, integraciones). • Conocimientos de APM, Logging, Infrastructure Monitoring, Synthetic y RUM. • Familiaridad con Kubernetes, Docker, AWS / Azure / GCP. • Experiencia en automatización con Terraform, Ansible o scripts (Python / Bash). • Conocimiento básico de redes, métricas de sistemas y performance de aplicaciones. • Deseable: experiencia previa en herramientas similares (Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana). ⸻ Habilidades y perfil • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación técnica y no técnica. • Capacidad para presentar y demostrar soluciones a audiencias técnicas y ejecutivas. • Pensamiento analítico y enfoque en resolución de problemas. • Autonomía y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos en paralelo. • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (oral y escrito). ⸻ Deseable / Plus • Certificaciones en DataDog, AWS o Kubernetes. • Experiencia en entornos de microservicios y CI/CD. • Conocimiento de observabilidad orientada a SRE (Site Reliability Engineering).
