Descripción del rol:

Estamos colaborando con uno de nuestros clientes en la búsqueda de 2 Consultores/as SAP especializados en Nómina mexicana, para integrarse a un proyecto clave en el área de Recursos Humanos y tecnología SAP SuccessFactors.

Los perfiles seleccionados trabajarán en la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora de procesos de nómina sobre SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), asegurando el cumplimiento normativo local, la correcta integración con sindicatos y el soporte al equipo interno del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Configuración, personalización y soporte funcional de SAP Payroll México.
  • Ejecución de pruebas unitarias, integrales y de aceptación (UAT).
  • Gestión de procesos relacionados con sindicatos y contratos colectivos.
  • Participación en actividades de cutover y hypercare.
  • Elaboración de especificaciones funcionales para desarrollos.
  • Colaboración con equipos de SuccessFactors para asegurar la correcta integración con Employee Central.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia sólida en SAP HCM PY México y ECP by SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Dominio de legislación laboral mexicana y procesos sindicales.
  • Conocimiento técnico-funcional para la configuración de esquemas, reglas y conceptos de nómina.
  • Participación en al menos 1 proyecto con ECP / EC Payroll (deseable).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Disponibilidad para comenzar en el corto plazo.
