  • Tech-Skills einsetzen: Nutze dein IT-Wissen, um Anfragen rund um unsere Software zu meistern und Kund*innen ihre Devices zu erklären.
  • Problemlöser sein: Finde eigenständig Fehlerursachen und berate mit cleveren Lösungen.
  • Qualität vorantreiben: Sei Teil der Produktentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung unserer aktuellen und zukünftigen Software-Perlen.
  • Administrative Meisterschaft: Übernimm administrative Aufgaben, von der Datenpflege bis zur Dokumentation, mit Präzision und Sorgfalt.
