¿De qué se trata este cargo?

  • Serás responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar eficientemente el proceso de producción, asegurando el uso óptimo de los recursos, el cumplimiento de los plazos y estándares de calidad, y promoviendo mejoras continuas que contribuyan a la eficiencia operativa y a la satisfacción de la demanda.

¿Qué harás específicamente?

  • Definir las cantidades y plazos de producción, considerando factores como la demanda, la disponibilidad de recursos y los procesos de fabricación.
  • Coordinar la asignación de recursos como materia prima y equipos, asegurando que estén disponibles cuando se necesitan.
  • Monitorear los niveles de inventario y realiza pedidos de materia prima para evitar la escasez o el exceso de stock.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con departamentos como Producción, Compras, Logística y Calidad, para asegurar que todos los procesos estén alineados.
  • Realizar un seguimiento continuo de la producción, detectando y resolviendo problemas que puedan afectar el cumplimiento de los plazos y objetivos.
  • Evalúar el rendimiento de la producción y propone mejoras para aumentar la eficiencia y reducir los costos.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial o afín.
  • Contar al menos 2 años de experiencia.
  • Conocimiento de los procesos de producción, gestión de inventarios, cadena de suministro y herramientas de planificación de producción (MRP, SAP etc.).
  • Capacidad para analizar datos, identificar tendencias y proponer soluciones.
  • Manejo en lectura de planos.
  • Experiencia en empresas de manufactura y/o Industrial.
  • Manejo de excel avanzado.
  • Disponibilidad para residir en Concón en el mediano plazo.
