Do que se trata esta posição?

  • Procuramos o nosso novo parceiro que será responsável pela gestão técnica e comercial de key account sales para clientes internos e externos da organização com o objetivo de mobilizar a operação e o funcionamento da área comercial em matéria de produtividade e rendimento rentável de acordo com a compra e venda de produtos e serviços em grandes quantidades, acompanhando o processo de venda antes, durante e depois do desenvolvimento do negócio, de forma a manter as ligações comerciais e aumentar as vendas.

O que você fará especificamente?

  • Gerir as contas dos clientes internos e/ou externos da empresa.
  • Atender e avaliar os pedidos dos clientes internos e/ou externos da empresa, a fim de identificar as suas necessidades e satisfazer os seus requisitos de acordo com os serviços e produtos solicitados à empresa.
  • Efetuar visitas in loco a potenciais clientes com o objetivo de promover os produtos e serviços oferecidos pela empresa, assegurando a geração de novas oportunidades de negócio com base no desenvolvimento de novas ligações comerciais.
  • Coordenar e executar acordos comerciais com os clientes através de chamadas telefónicas, videochamadas e reuniões online com o objetivo de prestar aconselhamento técnico de acordo com os serviços prestados pela empresa.
  • Promover e comercializar a gama de produtos disponíveis, gerar orçamentos, esclarecer dúvidas e consultas do utilizador, bem como gerir acordos de compra e venda de produtos.
  • Gerar orçamentos para emitir e tornar transparente a informação requerida por clientes, fornecedores e subcontratantes.
  • Analisar as propostas técnicas emitidas pela área de engenharia para a gestão e celebração de acordos comerciais.
  • Coordenar e planear o Budget mensal e trimestral.
  • Gerar e emitir relatórios semanais.

Requisitos

O que é que esperamos de si?

  • Graduação em cursos de engenharia mecânica, industrial, metalúrgica e/ou afins. Com estudos em gestão comercial.
  • Ter de 4 a 6 anos em empresas fornecedoras de mineração, preferencialmente em gestão técnico-comercial de revestimentos de moinhos.
  • MS Office avançado
  • Inglês nível avançado (exclusivo).
