Customer Operations Engineer – Medicinsk IT

Om rollen

Vi söker en tekniskt driven Customer Operations Engineer till ett konsultuppdrag inom medicinsk IT. Du arbetar med avancerad felsökning, teknisk support och systemunderhåll av lösningar som används inom sjukvården. Rollen innebär nära samarbete med kunder, partners och tekniska team, där kvalitet och tillförlitlighet är avgörande.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Analysera och lösa komplexa tekniska problem.
  • Genomföra systemuppgraderingar, migreringar och tekniska förändringar.
  • Implementera integrationer mot tredjepartssystem.
  • Arbeta med felsökning och automatisering med PowerShell och/eller Python.
  • Hantera eskaleringar och kommunicera lösningar till kunder och interna team.
  • Dokumentera ärenden och bidra till förbättringar av tekniska lösningar och arbetssätt.

Kvalifikationer

  • Relevant civilingenjörs-, master- eller kandidatexamen med starka akademiska meriter.
  • Praktisk erfarenhet av nätverk, Windows Server och MS SQL Server.
  • Kunskap i PowerShell och/eller Python för felsökning, analys och automatisering.
  • Stark analytisk förmåga och förmåga att lösa komplexa tekniska problem.
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
  • Intresse för medicinsk teknik och teknikens betydelse för sjukvården.

Meriterande: Erfarenhet av PACS, DICOM, HL7, kluster, lagringslösningar, serverhårdvara eller AI-utveckling.
