Om rollen

Vi söker en erfaren Product Owner / PO Coach som vill bidra till en agil transformation i en tekniskt avancerad utvecklingsmiljö. Du tar initialt ett operativt ansvar som Product Owner i ett team och etablerar tydliga arbetssätt, prioriteringar och en välfungerande backlog. Därefter coachar du en mer junior Product Owner och går vidare till nästa team.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Ansvara för produktvision, roadmap, prioriteringar och backlog.
  • Omsätta verksamhetsbehov till tydliga krav, epics, stories och acceptanskriterier.
  • Samarbeta med utvecklingsteam, Scrum Masters, arkitekter och andra intressenter.
  • Identifiera beroenden, risker och hinder för att säkerställa framdrift.
  • Coacha och stötta andra Product Owners.
  • Leda workshops, planering och andra agila forum.
  • Driva förbättringsarbete och utveckla teamens agila arbetssätt.
  • Följa upp leveransförmåga och bidra till kontinuerlig utveckling.

Kvalifikationer

  • Flerårig praktisk erfarenhet som Product Owner i agila utvecklingsteam.
  • Erfarenhet av backloghantering, prioritering och värdestyrd utveckling.
  • God förståelse för agila ramverk som Scrum, SAFe, Kanban eller Lean.
  • Erfarenhet av förändringsledning och förbättringsarbete.
  • Erfarenhet av Jira, Azure DevOps eller motsvarande verktyg.
  • Mycket god svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

Meriterande: Erfarenhet av att coacha, introducera eller utveckla andra Product Owners.
