Ditt uppdrag

Som verksamhetsutvecklare arbetar du bland annat med att

  • driva och leda utvecklingsinitiativ i nära samarbete med verksamheten
  • kartlägga och förbättra processer, rutiner och arbetssätt
  • arbeta med förvaltningsledning och utveckling av verksamhetskritiska systemstöd
  • medverka i kravställning och utveckling av systemfunktioner när verksamhetens behov förändras
  • identifiera hur digitalisering, AI och andra lösningar kan skapa konkret verksamhetsnytta
  • vara en brygga mellan verksamhet, drift, processer och teknik.

Ena dagen kan du leda ett utvecklingsarbete tillsammans med driften, nästa dag fördjupa dig i ett systemstöd eller samla rätt kompetenser kring en ny idé. Du växlar mellan helhetsperspektiv och praktiskt genomförande och får stor frihet att forma vägen framåt.

Vem är du?

Vi tror att du är en nyfiken och utvecklingsorienterad generalist som trivs med variation. Du tar initiativ, driver frågor framåt och skapar struktur även när vägen ännu inte är utstakad. Samtidigt vet du att hållbar förändring skapas tillsammans med andra. Därför har du lätt för att samarbeta, skapa relationer, lyssna in olika perspektiv och förklara komplexa frågor på ett tydligt sätt.

Du har

  • högskole- eller universitetsutbildning, alternativt motsvarande kunskaper som du har fått genom arbetslivet
  • erfarenhet av verksamhetsutveckling, processkartläggning och/eller förvaltningsledning
  • B-körkort
  • god förmåga att kommunicera och skriva på svenska.

Det är meriterande om du har arbetat nära drift, produktion eller annan verksamhetsnära miljö. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av verksamhetssystem, systemförvaltning, digitalisering eller AI. Du behöver inte ha djup specialistkompetens inom samtliga områden, men vi ser gärna att du har en god förståelse för hur teknik och digitala lösningar kan användas för att utveckla verksamheten. Viktigt för rollen är att du är nyfiken, snabbt kan sätta dig in i nya frågor och kan omsätta idéer till praktisk nytta.
