Deine Aufgaben

  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur und Systemlandschaft
  • Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der firmeninternen Cloud- und Collaboration-Umgebung sowie zugehöriger IT-Prozesse
  • Verwaltung und Absicherung unserer Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechte und Endgeräte
  • Betreuung unserer Netzwerk- und WLAN-Infrastruktur (zugehörige Firewalls)
  • Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Datensicherung und Wiederherstellung
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Sicherheitslösungen und Netzwerk-Sicherheit
  • Durchführung des technischen On- und Off-Boardings von Mitarbeitenden
  • Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Notebooks und IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Bearbeitung und Behebung von firmeninternen IT-Anfragen und Störungen, Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden bei allgemeinen IT-Themen
  • Zuarbeiten und Mitwirkung an Datenschutz- und IT-Sicherheitsthemen (IT-Sicherheitskonzepte, Datenschutzkonzepte, Datenschutz-Folgeabschätzungen, Zugangs- und Zugriffsregelungen, allgemeine Datenschutz-Dokumentationen etc.)
  • Zusammenarbeit auf IT-Gebiet mit externen Dienstleistern sowie mit den IT-Abteilungen der Gesellschafter
  • Dokumentation der eigenen Tätigkeiten sowie von Lösungen und Vorgängen im Ticketsystem sowie in der firmeninternen Wissensdatenbank
  • Pflege der Inventarisierung von Hard- und Software
  • Unterstützung bei Beschaffungs-Prozessen von Hard- und Software in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
  • Zuarbeiten zu den Planungen IT-Budget und Controlling IT-Budget

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration und Betreuung von IT-Infrastrukturen (Microsoft Windows Server und Clients, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Server-, Client- und Netzwerkumgebungen
  • Hohes Bewusstsein im Kontext von IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für die bestehende IT-Landschaft zu übernehmen und diese kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Cloud- und modernen Arbeitsplatzlösungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Sicherheit, Benutzer- und Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Erfahrungen mit Virtualisierung, Datensicherung und Systemwiederherstellung
  • Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge moderner Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturkomponenten
  • Linux-Kenntnisse erwünscht
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Fehleranalyse und technischen Problemlösung
  • Einen ausgeprägten Servicegedanken und Spaß an der Unterstützung von Kollegen
  • Gute Dokumentationsfähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für saubere und nachvollziehbare IT-Prozesse sowie deren Beschreibung
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Technologien und Systeme eigenständig einzuarbeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
