Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor assigned equipment to maintain consistent production flow and work-in-progress (WIP) movement
  • Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, contamination-control procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Handle 200mm wafers using approved methods and tools, including cassettes, tweezers, and vacuum wands.
  • Record and maintain production data in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including statistical process control (SPC) data and equipment logs.
  • Perform inspections and basic metrology measurements to verify process and product quality.
  • Identify and promptly escalate equipment issues, process deviations, and potential product quality concerns.
  • Assist engineers and senior technicians with troubleshooting, corrective actions, and process-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of lot travelers, equipment usage, and process runs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate fine motor skills and the ability to use small hand tools
  • Able to read, write, and communicate effectively using the English language
  • Able to read, interpret, and work from engineering documentation with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED with relevant technical or vocational training
  • 2+ years of semiconductor or cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience with MES and production workflow tracking systems
  • Experience processing 200mm wafers

Shift Expectations:

  • Maintain strong issue detection and escalation discipline
  • Operate effectively with reduced engineering and support resources during off-hours
  • Ensure clean and accurate handoff to next shift

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours a day

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
