Job Description

Chez Teledyne MEMS à Bromont, vous contribuerez à l’industrialisation de technologies de microfabrication utilisées dans des applications comme les dispositifs médicaux, les télécommunications optiques et les objets connectés. Ce poste vous permettra d’avoir un impact direct sur le rendement, la capacité et la mise en production de procédés avancés.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Piloter plusieurs projets d’introduction en production, de montée en volume et d’optimisation des procédés.
  • Élaborer et gérer les plans d’amélioration du rendement et de la capacité.
  • Définir les échéanciers, suivre les progrès et gérer les priorités.
  • Coordonner les rencontres et les activités des équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Maintenir une communication étroite avec les clients et les parties prenantes.
  • Développer et maintenir les méthodes et outils de gestion de projets.
  • Assurer le passage structuré des procédés vers la production.
  • Maintenir à jour la documentation requise, notamment les plans de contrôle, les analyses des systèmes de mesure et les analyses de risques des procédés.
  • Gérer les lots et les essais d’optimisation selon les budgets établis.

Ce dont vous avez besoin

  • Requis : Leadership, excellente communication et aptitude à mobiliser des équipes.
  • Requis : Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et priorités simultanément.
  • Requis : Cinq ans d’expérience en développement de matériaux, de recettes, de procédés, de composants ou de produits MEMS.
  • Requis : Expérience dans des projets de développement technologique.
  • Requis : Baccalauréat en sciences, en génie ou formation équivalente liée aux MEMS ou aux semi-conducteurs.
  • Requis : Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
  • Atout : Expérience ou formation complémentaire en gestion de projets.
  • Atout : Certification PMP et expérience dans différentes équipes.
