Job Description

Vous souhaitez combiner programmation, optique et amélioration de procédés dans un environnement de fabrication avancée? Joignez-vous à une équipe de Teledyne Technologies qui développe et soutient des solutions d’inspection automatisée pour des produits de haute technologie.

Dans ce rôle sur site, vous contribuerez directement à la performance des équipements, à la qualité des produits et à l’évolution de notre infrastructure d’inspection. Vous collaborerez avec plusieurs équipes techniques ainsi qu’avec nos clients.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Maintenir les équipements d’inspection automatisée en production et résoudre les problèmes techniques.
  • Développer et optimiser les recettes d’inspection afin de réduire les faux défauts.
  • Analyser les données de production et déclencher les actions correctives ou préventives nécessaires.
  • Développer des méthodes d’inspection pour les produits MEMS.
  • Qualifier et déployer de nouveaux équipements d’inspection.
  • Maintenir et faire évoluer l’infrastructure informatique et le traitement des données.
  • Suivre les cartes de contrôle et communiquer clairement les résultats.
  • Documenter les spécifications, les méthodes et les performances d’inspection.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et présenter certains résultats aux clients.

Ce qu’il vous faut

  • Requis : Solides compétences en programmation et en gestion de données.
  • Requis : Connaissance des procédés de fabrication des semi-conducteurs et des produits MEMS.
  • Requis : Rigueur, autonomie, tact et aptitude à collaborer.
  • Requis : Anglais fonctionnel, parlé et écrit.
  • Requis : Diplôme universitaire en génie ou en sciences.
  • Atout : Maîtrise en physique ou en optique.
  • Atout : Trois ans d’expérience en fabrication de semi-conducteurs.
  • Atout : Adhésion à l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
