What You'll Do As a trusted recruiting partner, you will: Lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of professional, technical, engineering, and leadership positions. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Source, attract, and engage top talent through networking, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Provide market intelligence and talent insights to help business leaders make informed hiring decisions. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs. Represent Teledyne Brown Engineering at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences. Promote our employer brand and showcase why Teledyne is a great place to build a career. What We're Looking For Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or government contracting talent. Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple searches in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting capabilities. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering results. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
