As a Business Consultant within B2B Delivery & Services Excellence, you help transform our order-to-cash and customer service management processes, ensuring our employees have the right tools and processes to support customers effectively. You connect business teams with strategic and transformational programs, technology teams, product owners, external partners and business analysts.

Your role as Transformation Business Consultant

  • Drive successful transformation by representing the business in major programs and connecting business teams with technology teams, product owners, analysts and external partners.
  • Represent the business in strategic and transformational programs across order-to-cash and customer service processes.
  • Translate business strategy and operational needs into clear priorities, roadmaps and valuable outcomes.
  • Align stakeholders across business, technology, architecture, product teams and external partners.
  • Shape business cases, validate benefits and explore solutions that create measurable value.
  • Ensure effective delivery and adoption by involving the right experts in analysis, testing and training.
  • Report clearly on progress, risks, issues and outcomes to business owners and leadership.

Your profile as Transformation Business Consultant

  • Brings experience in business transformation and quickly builds a strong understanding of processes, customers and operations.
  • Combines analytical strength with a data-driven approach to priorities, decisions and value creation.
  • Has excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including with leadership.
  • Works autonomously, connects the dots and remains effective in complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Has sufficient digital and technical affinity to collaborate with technology teams and partners; knowledge of telecom, ICT, agile, ITIL or PRINCE2 is an advantage.
  • Is fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.
