About Teleradiology Solutions / Daignostix Teleradiology Solutions (TRS), founded in 2002 by two Yale-trained physicians and headquartered in Ardmore, PA, provides 24x7 diagnostic radiology reporting to over 150 hospitals across 21 countries, through a network of radiologists (US, Indian certified) and technology-driven workflows. Daignostix, the AI arm of TRS based in Whitefield, Bengaluru, builds clinical AI for medical imaging and healthcare workflows. TRS also maintains an active academic and research focus, including AI in radiology (www.radguru.net). Role Summary: Daignostix builds clinical AI and healthcare platforms used in high-volume, time-sensitive workflows, including worklists, dashboards, reporting, scheduling, monitoring and AI decision support, for professional users who need to understand complex information quickly and act with confidence. As UI/UX Designer, you will own the user experience for assigned product areas end to end, from workflow observation and problem framing through design, validation, implementation and post-release refinement. This is not a PRD-to-Figma role: you are expected to challenge weak workflows and influence product direction with evidence. Roles and Responsibilities: ● End-to-end product ownership. Own assigned product areas from discovery to release: frame the problem, map workflows, prototype and validate alternatives, deliver implementation-ready designs and refine after launch. ● User research and validation. Conduct contextual inquiry, clinical shadowing, task analysis and usability testing with radiologists, operations teams and administrators, and turn findings into product decisions. ● Workflow and interaction design. Design fast, low-error workflows for expert users across dense tables, queues, alerts, statuses, permissions, forms and bulk actions, including loading, empty, error and recovery states. ● Visual craft and data visualisation. Deliver interfaces with strong hierarchy, typography and consistency, and design dashboards, worklists and monitoring views that make dense clinical and operational data easy to act on. ● Design system. Own and evolve the Figma design system (tokens, components, variants, patterns and documentation), keeping it implementable and consistent with frontend engineering. ● Engineering collaboration. Partner with product managers and React/frontend engineers from solution design through release. Provide precise specifications and review the built product until it meets the intended experience. ● Accessibility and measurement. Design to WCAG 2.2 AA, and define and track usability measures such as task completion, time on task, error rate and adoption. Requirements: Must-have: ● Education. Bachelor's or Master's in Interaction, Communication or Product Design, HCI or a related discipline from a highly selective institution (e.g., NID Ahmedabad, IDC School of Design - IIT Bombay, IIT design departments, or a comparable global programme). Exceptional engineering graduates are considered only with an elite product-design portfolio. ● Experience. 5-7 years of hands-on product design in complex B2B SaaS, enterprise, healthcare/medtech or similarly demanding products that were actually shipped and used. ● Portfolio (mandatory). 3-5 case studies from shipped, complex products showing the problem, users, evidence, IA and interaction decisions, alternatives, iterations, engineering collaboration and outcome. Portfolios dominated by visual concepts or redesign exercises will not qualify. ● Figma mastery. Auto Layout, components, variants, variables/tokens, libraries, prototyping and developer handoff, with the ability to build and maintain a design system. ● UX and visual depth. Strong information architecture, interaction design, data-dense interfaces, user research, accessibility, typography, layout and colour. ● Frontend awareness. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive behaviour and component-based frontends. Coding expertise is not required. Good-to-have: ● Healthcare and AI. Experience in healthcare, radiology, clinical workflow or AI-assisted products, including how to represent confidence, uncertainty and AI findings responsibly. ● Service design. Journey mapping, service blueprints and UX writing. ● Design leadership. Raising design quality through critique, reviews and mentoring as a senior individual contributor. Key Skills: Figma | Design Systems | Components / Variants / Tokens | Product Discovery | User Research / Clinical Shadowing | Task Analysis | Journey Mapping / Service Blueprints | Information Architecture | Interaction Design | Prototyping / Usability Testing | Data-Dense Workflows / Dashboards | Data Visualisation | Responsive Design | WCAG 2.2 AA | UX Writing | Design QA | HTML / CSS / React Awareness Why Join Daignostix: ● UX that changes real work. Your interfaces will support faster, safer clinical and operational decisions under time pressure. ● Own the full experience. Work from workflow observation through design system, implementation and production feedback. ● Direct access to experts. Work closely with radiologists, operations, AI and frontend engineers, and company leadership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
