The posting

About Televic Conference

Televic Conference develops mission critical conference and interpretation technology for parliaments, governments, courts, city councils and corporations worldwide.

Our customers make decisions that matter. They need technology they can trust, and they need to understand why the right solution makes a difference.

About the role

As Content & Creative Specialist, you turn Televic Conference's product knowledge, market insights and customer stories into compelling content and strong visual communication.

You make complex technology understandable, connect product capabilities to customer needs, and help our audiences see the value of our solutions.

Your work supports thought leadership, product marketing, demand generation and sales enablement.

The core of this role is content. Strong writing and editorial judgment are essential.

You develop the first draft yourself, challenge arguments and adapt the story to the audience.

You also have the creative skills to produce professional visuals and simple video content in house.

You use AI to accelerate research, drafting, adaptation and creative production, while applying your own judgment to quality, accuracy and brand consistency. For complex video, animation and specialist production, you brief and coordinate external partners.

You work closely with the Head of Product Marketing, the Product & Market Intelligence Specialist, Growth Marketing and Sales.

The Head of Product Marketing defines the positioning, priorities and strategic direction; you take ownership of turning them into effective content and creative assets.

Accountabilities

1.Content strategy and editorial production

● Manage the Pillar 1 editorial calendar in line with product priorities, launches, customer needs and marketing campaigns.

● Write thought leadership articles, blogs, whitepapers, customer stories and case studies for priority audiences and verticals.

● Translate technical product information and market insights into clear, relevant customer benefits.

● Write product page copy, newsletter content and other customer facing communications.

● Repurpose cornerstone content into suitable formats for LinkedIn, email, website and sales use.

● Work with subject matter experts and customers to gather the information, evidence and stories needed for credible content.

2. Product marketing and sales enablement

● Create and maintain sales enablement assets, including one pagers, brochures, presentations, FAQs and solution overviews, based on approved positioning.

● Turn competitive evidence and market insights into clear, usable battlecards in collaboration with the Product & Market Intelligence Specialist.

● Develop product presentations and supporting materials for Sales, partners and internal stakeholders.

● Prepare software and firmware release communications using agreed templates and validated product information.

● Develop training content for Sales in Flowsparks, based on input and guidance from Product Marketing and competitive insights from Intelligence.

● Gather feedback from Sales on asset relevance, usability and gaps in sales conversations.

3. Visual design and video

● Create professional, on brand visuals for digital, print and events, including social posts, campaign assets, presentations, brochures and banners.

● Translate content and campaign briefs into clear visual concepts that support the intended message.

● Edit short videos such as product clips, customer testimonials, event recaps and social videos, including subtitles and branded elements.

● Use AI assisted design and video tools where they improve speed or creative quality, while ensuring product accuracy and brand consistency.

● Brief and review external partners for complex video, animation, photography and other specialist production.

● Coordinate the production of marketing print materials and event visuals in collaboration with the relevant teams.

4. Social content and collaboration with Growth Marketing

● Create Pillar 1 social media content, particularly for LinkedIn, aligned with the shared marketing calendar.

● Adapt messaging and creative formats to the audience, channel and campaign objective.

● Use performance feedback from Growth Marketing to improve content relevance and effectiveness.

● Collaborate on campaign assets, landing page content and email creative while respecting the division between content production and digital activation.

5. Brand and content operations

● Maintain Televic Conference's marketing templates and apply brand guidelines consistently.

● Keep the marketing asset library on SharePoint organized, accessible and up to date, including naming conventions and version control.

● Maintain agreed content templates and production workflows to improve efficiency and reuse.

● Use AI tools to support research, drafting, adaptation and creative production, while checking facts, technical details, tone and quality.

● Draft press materials and speaker support materials for selected industry events.

Your profile

Must haves

● Three to five years of experience in content marketing, communications, copywriting or a related creative role, in house or at an agency.

● Excellent English writing skills, with a portfolio demonstrating strong writing and editorial judgment.

● Ability to turn complex and/or technical information into clear, credible and engaging customer facing content.

● A customer-oriented mindset: you understand that effective content starts with audience needs, not product features alone.

● Ability to challenge briefs, question assumptions and suggest stronger messages or approaches.

● A structured, proactive working style, with the ability to manage several projects and deadlines.

● A portfolio showing both written work and visual communication.

Nice to haves

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
