Deine Aufgaben

  • Analyse, Bewertung und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungsfällen, insbesondere durch Vor-Ort-Einsätze im Außendienst, inklusive Nachverfolgung und proaktivem Monitoring eskalierter Fälle
  • Durchführung sowie sorgfältige Dokumentation von Installations‑, Deinstallations‑ und Instandhaltungseinsätzen im Außendienst
  • Netzwerkinstallationen (Koax, CAT), Verkabelungsarbeiten sowie die Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Endgeräten
  • Einmessung und Entstörung von Breitbandkabelanlagen (NE4) im Hin‑ und Rückweg
  • Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Netzwerk‑ und Endgeräten
  • Technische Kundenberatung auf anspruchsvollem Niveau sowie Konfiguration und Vorbereitung der Kundensysteme (Hardware & Software)
  • Beauftragung und fachliche Betreuung externer Dienstleister in Sonder‑ und Eskalationsfällen
  • Eigenständige Pflege der technischen Dokumentation sowie von FAQ‑ und Wissensdokumenten
  • Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten am Wochenende sowie Fahrbereitschaft bei betrieblicher Notwendigkeit
  • Aktive Mitwirkung in internen und externen Projekten.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Antennentechniker oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf
  • Mindestens drei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in DOCSIS, Kopfstellentechnik sowie in der Kommunikations- und Netzwerktechnik
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität
  • Einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Eine strukturierte, zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein professionelles und freundliches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägtes Engagement
  • Eine starke Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
