Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unseren General Counsel bei der Bearbeitung vielseitiger rechtlicher Fragestellungen und wirkst an der Erstellung sowie Prüfung von Vertragsdokumenten – überwiegend in englischer Sprache – mit.
  • Du erhältst Einblicke in Themen wie Vertragsrecht, Compliance & Regulierung, Datenschutz, IP-Recht, M&A sowie Gesellschaftsrecht.
  • Bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung interner rechtlicher Dokumente, Vorlagen und Datenbanken unterstützt du und trägst so zu effizienten Arbeitsabläufen im Team bei.
  • Du wirkst bei Compliance-Checks mit und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Datenschutzanforderungen in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld.
  • Im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt du organisatorisch und administrativ.
  • Bei der Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Prüfung von Unternehmensrichtlinien wirkst du mit.
  • Du hilfst dabei, rechtliche Anforderungen verständlich und praxisnah umzusetzen.

Hinweis:

Die Werkstudentenstelle ist zunächst auf sechs Monate befristet, mit der Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung bei gegenseitigem Interesse und fortbestehendem Bedarf.

Dein Profil

  • Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in der Rechtswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
  • Du interessierst dich für rechtliche Fragestellungen in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld und möchtest dein theoretisches Wissen durch wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in einer modernen Rechtsabteilung ergänzen.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in einer Rechtsabteilung, Kanzlei oder im Bereich Compliance sind ein Plus – aber kein Muss. Viel wichtiger sind deine Motivation und deine Lernbereitschaft.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig und behältst auch bei komplexen Themen den Überblick.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich – und fühlst dich wohl im Umgang mit englischsprachigen Dokumenten.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint.
