Gemeinsam mit unserem BIM-Team, unserem Experten für Data Management sowie mit unseren Projektteams arbeitest Du daran, unser Unternehmen jeden Tag ein bisschen besser zu machen. Unter Verwendung umfangreicher digitaler Tools und Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten koordinierst und integrierst du alle Planungsbeteiligten und erzielst dadurch konzeptuell herausragende und technisch effiziente Arbeitsergebnisse.

Dein Job

  • Erarbeitung der BIM-Projektstrategie von komplexen Großprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit allen Projektbeteiligten
  • Abstimmung und Fortschreibung der AIAs und des BIM-Abwicklungsplans
  • Überprüfung der Einhaltung des BIM-Abwicklungsplans, der Koordinationsprozesse und der Arbeitsweisen hinsichtlich der vereinbarten Qualitätsstandards
  • Konzeptorientierte Umsetzung von Entwürfen mit der BIM-Methode im Projektteam
  • Konfiguration, Einrichtung und Steuerung der für das Projekt relevanten BIM-Anwendungen
  • Koordination und Kollisionsprüfung von Gebäudemodellen
  • Weiterentwicklung der internen BIM-Standards und Leitfäden, Werkzeuge und Methoden
  • Ausbau des BIM-Qualitätsmanagements durch Schulung und Support der Mitarbeiter in Software, Kernprozessen und Arbeitsweisen

Dein Profil

Leidenschaft für Architektur und Begeisterung für den Einsatz der BIM-Technologie zeichnen Dich aus. Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich am virtuellen Gebäudedatenmodell und hast ein sicheres, offenes Auftreten. Ein kollegiales Miteinander ist Dir wichtig. Darüber hinaus bringst Du folgende fachliche Kompetenzen mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine adäquate Ausbildung
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung (LPH 1 bis 5), insbesondere in der Ausführungsplanung
  • Didaktische Kompetenz in der Schulung und im Support von Mitarbeitern
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Anwendung und Implementierung der BIM-Technologie mit Autodesk Revit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit BIM-Software (Solibri/Navisworks) und Cloudlösungen (ACC/BIM360, BIMcollab-ZOOM usw.)
  • Erfahrungen mit modellbasierter Kostenermittlung und Ausschreibung sowie mit modellbasierten Raumbüchern sind von Vorteil
  • Praxis im Umgang mit der BIM-Technologie während der Objektüberwachung sowie mit der Kalkulation von Angeboten sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
