Are you ready to embark on a mission that's reshaping the global food system?

Join TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods (TAC)—a cutting-edge SaaS innovator building the data foundation that connects farmers, suppliers, and enterprises across the entire agricultural supply chain. We're solving problems that have fragmented this industry for generations: creating transparency where opacity existed, driving efficiency where inefficiency was accepted as normal, and empowering agricultural enterprises with insights they've never had access to before.

We're not just building software. We are an inspired collective on a mission to establish the most trusted, efficient, and transparent food system in the world—and we're doing it through technology that genuinely matters to the people who feed us.

Our team and what we'll accomplish together

The Client Success team at TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is the voice of our customers and their strongest internal advocate. We partner with companies across the entire supply chain—from seed manufacturers and family farms to multinational consumer goods corporations—helping them unlock the full value of our digital solutions.

As a Client Success Manager II, you'll build deep, trust-based relationships with agricultural enterprises and supply chain partners who rely on our platform to optimize yields, reduce waste, improve sustainability, and create more efficient, transparent value chains. Your work directly impacts how producers and enterprises operate, compete, and contribute to a more resilient food system.

This is where cutting-edge technology meets real agricultural challenges—and you'll be the bridge between them.

What you'll do

  • Build and cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with assigned agricultural clients across the supply chain, serving as their primary point of contact and strongest internal advocate. Your credibility and authentic understanding of agriculture will be the foundation of these partnerships.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's contracts, business objectives, challenges, and success criteria—translating their agricultural needs into clear KPIs and measurable outcomes tied to real farm and supply chain operations.
  • Onboard new clients and proactively engage existing clients through product demonstrations, training, and regular business reviews to ensure they're maximizing value from our solutions. Help agricultural enterprises understand how our platform solves their most pressing operational and sustainability challenges.
  • Monitor client usage, health metrics, and engagement patterns to identify expansion opportunities and at-risk accounts, taking swift action to keep customers focused on successful delivery and continuous value realization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to resolve client issues, coordinate solutions, and advocate for customer needs internally. Act as the voice of the agricultural industry, bringing customer insights to our product and engineering teams to ensure our platform stays ahead of real industry needs.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving client needs and market trends, driving revenue growth and deeper partnerships within the agricultural value chain.
  • Stay current with industry trends, TAC's product roadmap, and best practices in client success management to position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients navigating an evolving agricultural landscape.
  • Gather and communicate Voice of Customer feedback internally on a regular cadence, ensuring client insights inform product development and service improvements that address real pain points in agriculture.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities including CRM updates, documentation of client interactions, and preparation of regular health and performance reports.

What you bring

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a client-facing role within the agriculture, food, or supply chain industry—ideally with a farming background, family business roots in agriculture, or deep familiarity with how agriculture actually works. Client credibility in this space comes fast, and we need someone who speaks the language authentically and understands the real pressures and opportunities agricultural enterprises face.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels—from farm operators to enterprise executives.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities—you can understand complex agricultural and supply chain challenges and develop solutions that drive real business outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while staying responsive to critical operational needs.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and client success/business management tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and identify trends—connecting usage patterns to client outcomes.
  • A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a bias for action and growth-oriented leadership. You see client challenges as opportunities to demonstrate the power of our platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, agriculture, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in agriculture/supply chain).

Great-to-haves

  • In-depth knowledge of TAC's service offerings, technology solutions, and TELUS strategies
  • Experience in precision agriculture, agronomy, supply chain optimization, or agricultural technology
  • Professional certifications or formal training in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Business Relationship Management
  • Familiarity with agricultural sustainability practices, regulatory requirements, or supply chain compliance

At TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where all individuals can thrive. We value the unique perspectives and experiences that each person brings to our team and invite you to join us on our mission to transform the global food system. Together, we aim to create a respectful and welcoming global community where innovation in agriculture is powered by diverse thinking and shared purpose.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
