Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Tecnologia com sólida base em arquitetura de software e forte liderança de pessoas. O(a) profissional será responsável por liderar cinco Tech Leads e um time de aproximadamente 20 desenvolvedores, garantindo a evolução técnica dos produtos, a saúde da arquitetura orientada a eventos e a entrega de valor contínua ao negócio. Além da visão técnica, a posição exige habilidade para transitar entre o mundo da engenharia e o mundo do negócio: traduzir complexidade técnica para stakeholders, participar de agendas com clientes externos e construir pontes entre as áreas internas.

Stack & Ambiente Técnico AWS, Java, React Native, Node.js, mySQL, Postgre

Liderança de Pessoas & Gestão do Time • Liderar, desenvolver 5 Tech Leads, atuando como referência técnica e de carreira para o time. • Garantir a saúde, motivação e performance de um time de ~15 desenvolvedores por meio dos Tech Leads. • Conduzir ciclos de feedback, avaliações de desempenho e planos de desenvolvimento individual (PDI). • Gerenciar conflitos de forma construtiva, promovendo um ambiente psicologicamente seguro e colaborativo.

Arquitetura & Excelência Técnica • Definir, evoluir e guardar a consistência da arquitetura orientada a eventos da plataforma. • Participar ativamente de decisões de design de sistemas, revisão de RFCs e arquiteturas de solução. • Estabelecer padrões e boas práticas de engenharia: code review, qualidade, observabilidade e segurança. • Garantir escalabilidade, resiliência e evolução contínua dos serviços em AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS/SNS, RDS, etc.). • Apoiar decisões técnicas envolvendo Java (back-end), React Native (mobile), Node.js e bancos relacionais (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

Gestão & Estratégia • Traduzir objetivos de negócio em roadmap técnico claro e exequível, alinhado às prioridades do produto. • Gerenciar riscos técnicos, débito técnico e dependências de entrega com visibilidade para a liderança.

Relacionamento com Cliente & Negócio • Participar de agendas com clientes externos, representando a área técnica com credibilidade e clareza. • Traduzir linguagem técnica para stakeholders não-técnicos (C-Level, produto, comercial, clientes). • Construir relacionamentos sólidos com parceiros e fornecedores de tecnologia.

Competências Comportamentais • Comunicação interpessoal excelente: sabe ouvir, dar feedback e influenciar sem autoridade formal. • Habilidade para gerenciar e mediar conflitos de forma empática e orientada a soluções. • Capacidade de traduzir complexidade técnica para linguagem de negócio de forma clara e objetiva. • Confortável em agendas executivas e reuniões com clientes externos. • Pensamento estratégico combinado com capacidade de execução e atenção a detalhes. • Autonomia, proatividade e senso de dono (ownership).

Diferenciais (Nice to Have) • Certificações AWS (Solutions Architect, Developer ou DevOps Engineer). • Experiência com ferramentas de streaming de eventos: Apache Kafka, AWS EventBridge, Kinesis. • Vivência em ambientes de produto com squads autônomas e metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, Shape Up). • MBA ou pós-graduação em Gestão de TI, Negócios ou Liderança. • Inglês avançado ou fluente para atendimento a clientes e parceiros internacionais.
