The posting

The In-person Office Staff is to perform numerous clerical and administrative duties to support the Regional Liaison Department.

In-person $19.50 an hour Full time, 35 hours a week Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm West Springfield office location

Essential Functions

Scanning documents that are dropped off at the office (ex.: timesheets, new hire paperwork, e-Timesheet agreements, etc...) Labeling the documents with the scan folder Retrieving paperwork left in the drop box Help in creation of verification of employment letters, W-2, and pay stubs Ensuring adequate supply of forms available in the lobby Maintaining an inventory of forms Assist with checking in visitors and handing out tickets All other duties assigned by management

High School Diploma

   Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.   Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
