Требования к квалификации 

  • Знание устройства, принципов работы горно-шахтного оборудования (готовы также рассмотреть в порядке предпочтения: карьерная спецтехника, строительная спецтехника, сельскохозяйственная спецтехника).
  • Знание наиболее распространенных неисправностей, возникающих в процессе эксплуатации оборудования, причин их возникновения и возможных способов устранения.
  • Умение свободно читать гидравлические и электрические схемы.
  • Умение выполнять работы по вводу в эксплуатацию оборудования в соответствии с регламентами производителя.
  • Умение проводить первичный инструктаж операторов заказчика.
  • Умение подготавливать обучающий материал с разделением на тематические курсы и в соответствии с уровнем подготовки обучающихся (напр. базовый, продвинутый, экспертный).
  • Умение организовывать и проводить обучение сервисного персонала.
  • Умение эффективно преподносить материал для усвоения его аудиторией и добиваться максимальной степени вовлеченности.
  • Умение выполнять работы по диагностике, выявлению неисправностей оборудования и определению причин их возникновения.
  • Умение составлять технические отчеты, дефектные ведомости и рекомендации для заказчика.
  • Знание процессов проведения капитальных ремонтов оборудования, а также его узлов и агрегатов.
  • Умение проводить технический аудит оборудования и составлять дефектные ведомости на плановый ремонт.
  • Умение оформлять гарантийные рекламации, регистрировать их, производить заказ гарантийных запасных частей, поддерживать связь с заводом-изготовителем по гарантийным вопросам.
  • Умение эффективно использовать сервисное ПО и приложения (типа LinkOne, CAT SIS, Cummins Quickserve и т.п.)
  • Умение выполнять работы безопасно, выявлять и оценивать риски в области охраны труда, информировать СОТ в установленном порядке.
  • Опыт работы на аналогичной должности не менее 5 лет.
  • Владение английским языком на уровне не ниже B1 (intermediate).
  • Водительское удостоверение категории B.
