Sobre el Cargo

En Tenpo, estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a Especialista Ciclo de Vida. Quien tendrá la misión de diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar las iniciativas de ciclo de vida para impulsar la principalidad de nuestros clientes activos, combinando rigor estadístico, curiosidad analítica y creatividad en la resolución de problemas. En este rol será fundamental contar con capacidad de aprendizaje continuo, proactividad para explorar nuevas metodologías y habilidades para colaborar de forma cercana con equipos de Producto, Data, Marketing Ops y Riesgo, asegurando un impacto real, medible e incremental dentro de los estándares de Tenpo.

Responsabilidades del cargo

  • Planificación de principalidad, audiencias y journeys: Diseñar y ejecutar la hoja de ruta trimestral para guiar a los usuarios desde la activación hacia la recurrencia, manteniendo las audiencias, criterios de entrada/salida y journeys por estadío con foco y profundidad.
  • Gestión de campañas, incentivos y creación de contenidos: Operar el calendario de campañas, presupuestos e incentivos (en conjunto con Loyalty y Marketing Ops), redactando los textos (copies) para notificaciones push, correos e inbox.
  • Experimentación, analytics y toma de decisiones: Diseñar y medir experimentos A/B (con significancia estadística y lift incremental), analizando cohortes y funnels mediante extracción directa en SQL para entregar insights accionables a la Jefatura.
  • Coordinación cross-funcional: Trabajar de manera estrecha con Producto, Data, Marketing Ops, Loyalty, Operaciones, Servicio al Cliente y Riesgo/Compliance para lanzar iniciativas integradas y alineadas al negocio.
  • Cumplimiento normativo e innovación continua: Garantizar que cada acción cumpla con las normativas CMF, protección al consumidor financiero y datos personales, incorporando constantemente mejores prácticas, nuevas herramientas e IA.

¿Qué necesitas para postular?

  • Título profesional universitario en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Civil Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia en roles cuantitativos de Growth, CRM, Analítica de Usuarios, Producto o Consultoría Estratégica.
  • Experiencia previa en la industria Fintech, Banca o Neobancos, con comprensión de normativas asociadas a productos financieros y de crédito.
  • Dominio en SQL (intermedio) para extracción, estructuración de queries y análisis directo de datos.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel / Google Sheets para construcción de funnels y análisis de cohortes.
  • Experiencia operando plataformas de CRM y automatización de marketing (Braze, CleverTap, Iterable o similares).
  • Conocimientos en estadística aplicada a la experimentación (diseño de A/B testing, grupos de control, significancia estadística y lift incremental).
