Sobre el Cargo

En Tenpo, estamos buscando a nuestro/a próximo/a "Especialista de Contabilidad". Quien tendrá la misión de garantizar la exactitud, integridad y cumplimiento regulatorio de la información contable y financiera de la compañía bajo normativa CMF (CNC) e IFRS, liderando el cierre contable, la reportería normativa obligatoria, la valorización de carteras/provisiones y el control interno de los flujos transaccionales del neobanco.

Responsabilidades del cargo

  • Elaborar estados financieros individuales y consolidados (Balance, Estado de Resultados, Estado de Flujos de Efectivo y Notas) bajo los formatos, criterios de agrupación y periodicidad establecidos en los Capítulos C-1, C-2 y C-3 del Compendio de Normas Contables de la CMF.
  • Gestionar la atención técnica de requerimientos, oficios, observaciones y auditorías directas de la CMF y auditores externos.
  • Colaborar con departamentos clave como Operaciones, Tesorería y Control de Gestión para garantizar la precisión y alineación de la información financiera con los objetivos de la empresa, actuando como contraparte contable en iniciativas transversales.
  • Validar y registrar las provisiones por riesgo de crédito conforme a las metodologías estándar del Capítulo B-1 del CNC (cartera de consumo, individual y grupal) y modelos de Pérdida Crediticia Esperada (ECL) bajo IFRS 9, en coordinación estrecha con Riesgo de Crédito.
  • Supervisar y actualizar los procesos relacionados con la consolidación de información financiera, identificando oportunidades de optimización que mejoren la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del dato consolidado.
  • Asesorar en la implementación de mejores prácticas contables para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo y la transparencia financiera de la organización, siendo referente técnico del área ante consultas de otras áreas internas.

¿Qué necesitas para postular?

  • Ser Contador Auditor titulado/a.
  • Compendio de Normas Contables (CNC) de la CMF para Bancos e Instituciones Financieras: estructura de balance CMF, notas normativas y catálogo único.
  • Manejo de SAP S/4HANA
  • Entre 3 y 5 años en roles de contabilidad financiera o finanzas corporativas, con al menos 2 años en posiciones de nivel especialista o senior con responsabilidad técnica sobre consolidación, controles internos e informes estratégicos.
