Зараз ми в пошуку Business Operations Manager до нашої команди у Варшаві

Виклики, які чекають на цій ролі:

Компанія масштабується: нові ринки, більше процесів, вища операційна складність. Роль Business Operations - не просто підтримувати поточний стан, а активно будувати операційну інфраструктуру, яка витримує зростання. Це означає тримати під контролем процеси, бюджети і крос-функціональну взаємодію - і при цьому не втрачати якість і швидкість.

На що ти будеш впливати:

  • Овнершип бізнес-процесів. Відповідальність за виділені зоні - від створення та документування до постійної оптимізації та масштабування.
  • Крос-функціональна взаємодія. Підтримка і вдосконалення співпраці між бізнес-підрозділами та суміжними командами (напр., фінансовою, юридичною, продуктовою) для підвищення продуктивності та досягнення кращих результатів.
  • Координація операційних проєктів. Управління проєктами підвищення операційної ефективності - від планування і реалізації до оцінки результатів.

Що для нас важливо: — 2-3 роки досвіду у міжнародних компаніях, big4 або великих українських компаніях; — досвід роботи бізнес аналітиком, операційним менеджером, аккаунт менеджером; — орієнтація на результат; — сильні навички співпраці та координації роботи між різними командами й департаментами; — аналітичне мислення - здатність перетворювати дані та операційні виклики на зрозумілі й практичні рішення; — практичний досвід побудови, документування та вдосконалення бізнес-процесів - створення зрозумілих, ефективних і послідовних процесів; — впевнене володіння Google Sheets або Excel (формули, зведені таблиці, базова автоматизація).

Буде перевагою: — досвід роботи з Tableau — досвід роботи з SQL — попередня робота з юридичними та фінансовими документами
