Зараз ми в пошуку Junior Operations Manager до нашої команди у Варшаві

Які виклики чекають:

- підтримувати операційну частину бізнесових задач

- аналізувати ключові метрики та warning сигнали та надавати рекомендації

- оптимізувати процеси у крос-командних політиках і флоу

- автоматизувати мануальні та рутинні процеси

- активна взаємодія із крос-функціональними командами - фінанси, legal, product, аналітика

Що для нас важливо:

- Досвід роботи 1+ рік в FMCG/ консалтингу/ фінансах/ operations- менеджменті на позиції аудитора, консультанта, аналітика тощо

- Упевнене знання Excel/Google Spreadsheet

- Вміння аналізувати великі обсяги інформації

- Увага до деталей

- Володіння англійською мовою на рівні B2

- Відмінні комунікативні навички та здатність чітко формулювати свої думки

- Здатність працювати в динамічному середовищі та адаптуватися до змін

Буде плюсом:

- досвід роботи із Tableau
