Зараз ми в пошуку Regional Operations Manager регіону Asia, щоб разом піднімати планку результату.

Зараз регіон перебуває у фазі активної диверсифікації, що зумовлює постійне ускладнення задач при збереженні найвищих стандартів якості. Роль поєднує в собі напрями Business Development та Operations: вона вимагає здатності синхронізувати стратегічне бачення бізнесу з бездоганним налаштуванням операційних процесів для досягнення стійких показників. Regional Operations Manager-у важливо вміти ретельно аналізувати дані, виявляти точки покращення для дотримання високих стандартів платформи в умовах швидкого зростання.

Операційна ефективність регіону Азія

- забезпечення якісного ведення регулярних операційних процесів регіону

- оптимізація робочих спейсів та флоу команди

- менеджмент віддаленої команди спеціалістів

- аналіз ботлнеків та їх усунення

- пропозиція вдосконалення процесів роботи регіону

Успішність процесів Business Development

- оптимізація процесу онбордингу, трекінг перформенсу нових лідів на регіоні

- розробка KPI плану та впровадження системи розвитку для нових лідів

Вдосконалення процесів комунікації

- підготовка навчальних мануалів

- ведення регіонального каналу з новинами

- трекінг ефективності комунікації команди
