Зараз ми в пошуку Senior Treasury Manager, щоб разом піднімати планку результату. Виклики, які чекають на цій ролі: — Ефективний менеджмент ліквідності: оперативне та стратегічне управління коротко- й середньостроковою ліквідністю на на банківських рахунках та інших фінтех рішеннях; — Оптимізація масштабних потоків: контроль великих транскордонних переказів (перекидок) та системних поповнень інфраструктури для безперебійної життєдіяльності бізнесу; — Зовнішні партнерства: побудова та управління відносинами з традиційними банками, платіжними провайдерами, кастодіанами та OTC-платформами; — Розбудова внутрішнього контролю: розробка та впровадження внутрішніх операційних політик, лімітів ліквідності та систем управління ризиками; — Руйнування блокерів: супровід складних або нестандартних казначейських запитів, проходження банківського комплаєнсу та онбордингу нових рішень.

На що ти будеш впливати: — Фінансову стійкість компанії через грамотний розподіл оборотного капіталу на глобальному рівні; — Швидкість, гнучкість та вартість масштабування платіжної інфраструктури; — Ефективність прийняття управлінських рішень завдяки створенню поглибленої аналітики та прогнозів ліквідності.

Що для нас важливо: — 5+ років досвіду в управлінні казначейством, корпоративними фінансами або ліквідністю у сферах фінтех, IT, банкінгу — Глибока експертиза в мультивалютному управлінні ліквідністю, cash pooling та розуміння операційних моделей традиційних банків; — Досвід успішної взаємодії та ведення перемовин із банками, фінансовими установами та ліцензованими провайдерами; — Просунутий рівень Excel та навички візуалізації складних фінансових даних; — Англійська мова на рівні B2+ / C1 (для вільного ведення бізнес-переговорів із міжнародними банківськими інституціями).

Буде перевагою: — Досвід роботи з роботу з віртуальними активами; — Досвід оптимізації чи побудови казначейської функції з нуля у швидкозростаючих компаніях.
