Als Betriebsleitung Take-Away übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für einen unserer hochfrequentierten Standorte. Du führst dein Team, steuerst die operative Performance und sorgst dafür, dass Gäste schnell, freundlich und professionell bedient werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst den gesamten operativen Betrieb deines Standorts.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Produkte jederzeit verfügbar sind und die definierten Standards eingehalten werden.
  • Du führst und entwickelst dein Team aktiv auf der Fläche.
  • Du steuerst Umsatz, Personalkosten und Warenkosten.
  • Du sorgst für effiziente Abläufe, hohe Qualität und stabile Prozesse.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Gäste auch in Spitzenzeiten freundlich und professionell betreut werden.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, Systemgastronomie oder im Retail
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Freude daran, Teams zu führen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Hohe Umsetzungsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
