Bei uns übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für unseren wichtigsten Geschäftsbereich F&B (unsere Restaurants, Take-Aways und Markthallen) – mit voller Ownership für die betriebswirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung aller Standorte, Performance, Struktur und Wachstum. Du führst den gesamten F&B-Bereich unternehmerisch – von der operativen Exzellenz über die wirtschaftliche Steuerung bis hin zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung und Expansion. Du bist verantwortlich dafür, dass unser System heute funktioniert und morgen skaliert.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Business Ownership & Performance: Du führst unseren gesamten F&B-Bereich mit aktuell 15 Standorten und trägst die betriebswirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung für alle Standorte. Du steuerst den Bereich datenbasiert über KPIs, Forecast und klare Zielsysteme und stellst sicher, dass alle Standorte nachhaltig wirtschaftlich erfolgreich sind sowie Umsatz, Kostenstruktur und Unit Economics kontinuierlich optimiert werden.
  • Führung & Organisation: Du führst unsere drei Area Manager und entwickelst die gesamte Führungsstruktur weiter. Du baust ein skalierbares Organisationsmodell mit klaren Verantwortlichkeiten und Standards und stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team sicher, dass unsere Betriebe stabil, effizient und auf hohem Niveau laufen.
  • Operative Exzellenz & Systementwicklung: Du entwickelst den F&B-Bereich aktiv weiter – in Bezug auf Formate, Standorte und Skalierung. Du evaluierst neue Standorte und verantwortest deren wirtschaftliche Bewertung und Umsetzung. Dabei treibst du Wachstum entlang klar definierter Prioritäten und Geschäftsziele.
  • Schnittstellen & Gesamtunternehmen: Du arbeitest eng mit CEO sowie den Bereichen Marketing, Produkt, Supply Chain und Finance und stellst sicher, dass Strategie und operative Umsetzung entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette abgestimmt sind. Du bringst aktiv Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung des Gesamtunternehmens ein.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Systemgastronomie oder einem vergleichbaren Multi-Unit-Umfeld
  • Nachweisbare Verantwortung für mehrere Standorte und deren wirtschaftliche Performance
  • Starkes unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für P&L, KPIs und Skalierung
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Organisationen und Systemen
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl strategisch zu denken als auch operativ wirksam zu sein
  • Klare, strukturierte und konsequente Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch fliessend, Französisch von Vorteil
